Our sparkling red is a delightfully light red wine🍷 The experts suggest to enjoy with some soft cheese such as a creamy soft chèvre, or something crumbly like Cheshire or Wensleydale. 🧀Another option is to enjoy with a bowl of strawberries in the sunshine we are apparently due next week! ☀️🍓
