2018 Sparkling Red, Winemaker’s Notes – Deep, deep, rich red colour with a fine crown of purple bubbles in the glass. Very dark and intense! Bramble fruit on the nose with a light hint of tobacco leaf and pepper. An opulent fizz on the palate, soft and rounded ripe plum and blackberry fruit. Unusual and very moreish!
Candle – either a Christmas Spices, White Christmas or Christmas Nights candle small in size, but big on fragrance candle made by Ashleigh & Burwood – the perfect gift to hang on the Christmas tree!
