2017 Sparkling White – Winner of a Silver medal in the International Wine Challenge 2021, the judges tasting notes say “Good aromatic nose, orchard fruits and chalk with elegant mineral notes and citrus on the palate.”
Winemaker’s Notes – A warm, rose gold colour to this wine with wonderful yeasty, bready notes to the aromas. A mouth filling fizz with sumptuous honeyed pear, orange blossom, honeysuckle and hazelnut too, combining with the toasty, yeasty notes from long bottle ageing. Brut in nature and yet soft acidity gives this a wonderfully rounded finish.
Candle – either a Christmas Spices, White Christmas or Christmas Nights candle small in size, but big on fragrance candle made by Ashleigh & Burwood – the perfect gift to hang on the Christmas tree!
