Winemaker’s Notes – A crystal clear pour of pale gold, with an excellent and persistent mousse. Perfumed aromas lift from the glass – floral initially, then honey & apple. Delightfully clean and delicate. Bright, mouth filling fizz, with an elegant palate of honeysuckle, apple and citrus notes. The wine has just a hint of hazelnut complexity to the finish. This delicate wine works best with delicate food pairings. Think fresh oysters; scallops; or lemon sole; or to accompany lighter canapés
